PopupuiReceiver runs when mobile data is turned off. The app has to run in order to receive calls/texts/etc over WiFi only. I turn off mobile data at home to avoid using minutes, ect. If you also turn off mobile data when home, turn it back on, kill the PopupuiReceiver task, and it shouldn't...
