Glad yours wasn't stolen! I went and got myself a Galaxy S3. I'm very happy with it. I would have enjoyed the Nexus 4 price tag, but I need the phone now.

No refund yet actually, since they need to finish the investigation. But Google told me a refund would come if they phone isn't delivered to me. So I'm feeling covered in that regard. Looking forward to the S3 now, haha. Yes, fingers cross for your delivery! :D

Probably hard to catch the thieves within the company I'm assuming, or they just calculate employee theft into their budget and figure their is nothing they can do about it.

I wish you luck, I don't trust UPS at all now. They have some shady ass employees hand picking hot item deliveries to 'fall off the truck' straight onto kijiji.

Wow... phone went 'out for delivery' at 5:45AM on Dec 18. Waited all day yesterday. At 12:30AM this morning delivery was updated to the 19th, STILL not here at 6:30PM on the 19th... lame UPS... LAME! Meanwhile tons of people got their shipments from Concord yesterday...

Wow, so after my Nexus 4 was 'out for delivery' on a truck yesterday... ALL DAY... after leaving Concord at 5:45AM, I get a message at 12:30AM TODAY saying it is now arriving at 'end of day' TODAY. I haven't found a single person ever complaining about this from UPS before. Very frustrating.

Mine left Concord at 5:45 this morning "out for delivery", at 11:49PM I have yet to receive it... WTF? Anyone else in Markham have this problem? I've read plenty of people online say UPS delivered to them past 9PM, even up till 12 midnight during holiday hours... but like... come on....
