This happened to me as well. Basically if I try to enable WiFi or 4G, it won't work, and tells me "Unable to start WiFi/4G" or "Failed."

After updating, I can't enable wi-fi (I get an "Unable to start wi-fi" error) or 4G (just stays at "turning on"). I did notice that during the update, I got some weird icon briefly... looked like a chip with a red ! in a triangle. Anyone know what that means? I tried updating again but it...
