Just spoke with sprint advanced support and they informed me this is a network issue that they are aware of. He said they will be pushing out a firmware upgrade to fix it within the next week. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

I am having the same problems. dont waste time with a factory reset because it wont work. A friend did a reset and re-installed the apps and they still wont stream. Hoping for a fix very soon.

Has anyone figured out a fix for the audio and video streaming issues after the update. I can only stream with a wifi connection otherwise I just get connection dropped messages. trying to use xiia and cherry player. Somebody also said the sirius/xm app would not stream anymore either. A friend...

I just tried this and still cant stream unless using wifi. Were you having that problem also?

Yes I am. Tap to scan wording is there, but it is not bold like everything else. Doesnt matter if 4g is on or not.

I am not able to get the 4g scan to work. I went to 4g settings and it says, tap to scan although it is not highlighted. I tap and get nothing. tried turning on 4g and still nothing. Ideas? I am also not able to stream any anything like xiia without wifi. Any suggestions are appreciated.
