Hello. I had my CWM installed in my Galaxy S3 then I updated my phone OTA. And the root got erased. CWM is still installed. I really want to install a new rom, so went I enter recovery (cwm) it says "fix root?" would it cause harm if I click yes? And if I want to unroot I have to go back to...

I hope im on the write topic, but im currrently with a Galaxy S3. I have a 2 year contract with AT&T but its not over yet. Im planning to get a Galaxy S4 which is $99 (with 2 year contact). If I buy the phone right now, would I have to pay the whole price?
