I use Mute Pro (Auto Silent Ringer) pretty sure it's free, and does what you want, by calendar, by set times or location.

Moonshine icon set under Nova Launcher does it too.

Re: Ho W. How do I save pictures to device storage? A quick add on to TXDreamer1's post, you may have to scroll down through the options (it's really not intuitive at all) you won't even realise you can scroll down just by looking.....

For music have a look at doubletwist, I'm on Windows, but it works great for me, can choose which playlists to 'sync' to the phone. I've invested much time on my itunes playlists, so I was stoked to be able to do this.
