I haven't flashed any new roms, but I did just figure it out. I had installed go locker but I didn't think I was running it, so I uninstalled go locker and it went away. BTW, go launcher is way sweet, highly recommend!

Can someone please help me get rid of this 'lock screen' (see attached screen shot) not the normal lock screen. It just showed up one day and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I'm using go launcher but I've been through all the settings, I've even exited the go launcher and it won't go...
