    Payment Error issue

    That must be what happened to me, this is the second time I have started receiving the payment error, and both times it was after changing my fingerprints. I didn't realize the connection until you mentioned it. Hopefully they can solve this bug.

    Ok, as soon as I posted, I realized that when I go to S Note through the app drawer, the long press works, but when S Note pops up automatically when I take out my pen, long press does not work.

    I have searched multiple forums and done google searches. I saw for the Note 2 there is an option to*Long press the file and choose lock, but I don't see any lock options no matter where I long press. Thank you for your help!
