I got it as well. Didn't get the notification, but checking for it brings it up. It does seem to be the Stagefright patch. Comes in at 226.9MB.

It's the dock settings. I noticed this after the update as well. Best way to turn it off is while it's docked, press menu and the settings bar will come up. After that, it's merely unchecking the Auto WI-FI option. Hope this helps.
