    On my Nexus 7 2013. Android 5 I have downloaded the latest OTA, why am I not able to installed it?

    Nexus 7 2013. Android 5 downloaded but not installed. I received the OTA update this morning, so all downloaded and verified. However, nothing else happened so I'm still running version 4.4.4. I have tried off/on a few times but no change. Any ideas out there please ?
