Yes apparently the Google Messages app was still trying to run with my number through my old phone. So the chat feature need to enabled with the new phone.

If you haven't downloaded the usb files for your computer please do so. If you have then when you plug in your phone select to transfer media files on your phone it should then pop up in your file explorer

The problem I'm having with group messaging with the V10 on Verizon is no matter if I use stock app or Verizon's Messaging app I get the texts that my wife sends but not any from the person who sent it? Any or all help would be appreciated. Thank You!

I'm fairly certain that it is the chip in the phone that decides this.

Verizon blocked blocking mode on their phones. But, with the 4.3 update it was again available to be used. I have been using it ever since the update. Go to Settings >> My Device >> Blocking Mode. Try it out

I recently bought a Nexus 10 and it worked right out of the box. I had read this thread and thought I might end up with a problem. I turned it on, went into set up and entered my password when prompted to and it connected and finished set up. :cool:
