That's the number I tried to initially call before calling there customer service in the US but it's a not phone number but rather a fax number so you cant even call Google Ireland.

does any one here have the number to the distrubition centre for Google or lg so I can call them and see what's going on

nope I just called them today about 2 minutes ago same excuse, there customer service department is oblivious and useless, on the other hand they are pretty good at reading your email for the order.
