I have also had the three lines show up on pictures taken on my HTC one, but under bright fluorescent lights while i was taking a picture of a white piece of paper... dont know why but on all my other pictures it was great! did you clean your lens? Ive gone crazy trying to get a better picture...

I still have not recieved the update to 4.2.2 tried manual check for updates, NOTHING, tried through KIES, again, nothing.... contacted samsung help chat as a last ditch effort, and all they would say is " its getting rolled out in different locations at different times in the US." Anyone else...

Ive also noticed that while I'm connected to wifi, it seems to have trouble sending or recieving sms messages, i have to put it in airplane mode to get it to reset! Kind of annoying.

I returned my HTC One (through T-mobile so obviously not GPe), and it was unlocked with a custom rom, but before returning it, i blew everything away, erased the cache, deleted everything so it wouldnt even load the bootloader. and i wasnt charged a fee for a "void warranty". Thats my only...
