It tried to update last Saturday, but froze at 9%. It tried again Monday, but froze at 25%. Any idea why this is happening? Also, I am assuming the need for an upgrade is why I can't play fb videos, lost contact pictures and a few other things (that I can't remember right now). Is that correct?

No. I did not sign out. I keep it signed in all the time.

I'm having the same problem. I tried going to settings then more, but I can't find an update all. Any suggestions?

I went to my contacts today, and the pictures were gone (the ones linked with Facebook). Does anyone know what happened, or how to get them back? It happened on text too. Thanks!
