I just noticed that I've got the same problem. At first I thought it was the speaker, but after reading your post, I noticed that it is, in fact, only certain apps that do it. It's like a background buzzing sound.

Just a quick update. I found where it is. The YouTube app isn't actually listed in alphabetical order. Right on the first page of apps in your app drawer, there's a folder called "Google," and it's located in there. Hope that helps!
