Are they eligible devices for the beta program? Nope. The N4 is EOL and the N5 will continue to get security updates after MM. Just like N is the last version of Android the N6 will see, but will continue to get security updates for one year after N. Google announced this last year.

Neither will be getting Android N.

There is an Android Beta Program that, when an eligible device is enrolled, will send you an OTA to the current alpha build of Android N (Of course, any eligible device that you unenroll in the program will receive an OTA to the latest stable MM build, though doing so will wipe your device.)...

And just to be sure, you got your Nexus 6 from Verizon, with the Verizon brand on it correct? You swapped SIM's and it worked with no problem or asking for an unlock code for the SIM? I just need to be sure! Thanks!

And I have a SIM for Fi laying in wait for when I finally pay off the phone and contract, and make the switch. But I am curious, is the Verizon branded N6 SIM locked to Verizon? Will I need an unlock code from Verizon for the Fi SIM to work? Thanks in advance!

You need to update your SDK. They fixed the missing system.img error in rev. 23 several months ago.
