    This is very similar to what happened to me. Made Samsung aware of issue on 6/28/16 Sent in phone and they received on 7/5/16 Still no phone. "Waiting for part" to repair. What did you do? Did you send it in?

    Yup, no salt water. My phone has been with Samsung since 7/5/16. They say they are waiting on a part to repair the phone. At this point I am finished with Samsung.
