In link2sd, which parts of the app are linked when I use "link to sd card"? Is it the entire app, or just the obb and data files?

I found out that the cause was a downloaded launcher that i have moved onto the sd card. Apperantly if you have a launcher on the sd card, it treats it as a newly installed launcher on every reboot, hence asking you to re-select your default home.

Hi. As B.Daddy mentioned, there is an app called Helium, but you will need to use it with computer. There are also apps like Go Backup and Titanium Backup, but you have to be rooted. Those are the only ways I know that backup apps with their data. Updating a phone should leave your data intact...

What is the format of your contact backup?

It's not a virus lol. Your battery is probably faulty. Try out another battery to confirm that it is a battery problem. If it is, get it replaced.
