When swiping down with two fingers and then clicking on "settings" icon it also required the password. When it switches to password screen I get back to the original issue.

No worries! Unfortunately no luck. I also tried to call my phone from other phone and then answer with a text and say the password but it didn't work.

I tried the double tap and it didn't change. The google voice-to-text still remains
