I will post results in a day or two my phone is only 4 months old

My replacement will be in tomorrow but the tech said there is a 50 50 chance it will be free replacement or a 200$ fee and yes I do have insurance and not a single bit of damage on my phone

I have a verizon note 5 and the top left corner is separating and not the screen protector but the actual screen itself. Has anyone else had this problem and have you had any trouble getting it fixed or replaced?

I own a verizon galaxy s3 1535 4glte phone and want to put it on straight talk because my wife broke her straight talk gs3. Is it possible to flash the verizon phone with stock firmware like her straight talk gs3 and switch her plan to the Verizon phone. Sorry if it's confusing.
