THANK you very much i found auto rotate in the menu ,under accesibility. Now i set it to auto rotate and everything works fine. the screen rotates ,and i can use all the menus.

Where do i find config in the menu ?

I have a sony experia z3 phone. The top part of the screen does not work, so i,m thinking of doing a full reset . The reason is screen rotation is set to off, so i cant use wifi or change the sound settings in the menu. I just use this phone for music and reading pdfs. If i do a full reset will...
