I did that on my Note 5 through Verizon. Trade value was 425 and I pay 12.xx/ month on device installments. Got credit after 1 bill cycle.

Make sure you go through the app and include all your contact info. I've used SP since Note 5 and it's much much better now. Almost no problems at checkout. 40+ transactions a month avg.

In the previous Note 5 version of S Notes I could set the background to black. I haven't found a way to do that in the Samsung Notes version on my Note 8. Stinks, I used the black background for all of my notes. I know the screen off memo is black background, that's not what I want.

VZW Note 2,3,4,5,8 owner, reception (radio) was horrible through N2-N4. N5 was great, there were still people that claim different but just depends, you know, apples for apples comparisons. N8 has been better than my N5.

Submitted through Shop Samsung (pre-ordered from Best Buy) and shipping details. Pretty quick.

Once I submitted my info I was emailed within 30 min with acceptance. The next day I was emailed package status and 4dats later (today) my package arrived. It's much quicker this time than with the Note 5. That took about 45 days.

I use Verizon Messages+, I've seen that when my phone screen is off. There's a setting for it I believe.
