Never got anywhere, the support is useless. Just learned to live with it, I keep turning on the "Hide sensitive" and it keeps turning it back off. Been waiting to see if an Android update or security update would fix it but not as far as yet. And as you said, I just used Whatsapp as an example...

Hi, got Android 14 on my Nokia XR21 the other day. Directly noticed I can see my WhatsApp messages on plain sight on lock screen. No biggie, go int settings and turn off the "Show sensitive notifications on lock screen" to off. Yay, now it shows there is a message from WhatsApp but it's hidden...
