Soft reset it just a power cycle of the phone. Try the hard reset. Go to settings-->Backup &Reset-->Factory data reset. Or like said above power button and volume down. This will wipe all data on the phone and put it back to out of the box state.

I think your are mistaking since when did the Droid X support voice and data at the same time? Never without wifi it was a 3G device and did not have the hardware to do it. If I remember correctly the HTC Rezound was the first phone to support 3G voice and data at the same time.

Basic Visual Voice mail is free. Just go into the app and downgrade to basic.

I guess I really did get lucky! I some how managed 200 for an old Droid X and it was applied to the new Turbo right then and there walked out paying 50 plus tax.
