S3 looks sweet, but battery life would probably take a huge hit in comparison to the MAXX, I'd wait for the MAXX HD and enjoy better hardware and great battery life still! :D

That's a cool case, but doesn't the soft gel case make it hard to get in and out of your pocket though? Is it rubbery feeling?
