I was charging my Galaxy Note 5 when suddenly I couldn't access it anymore. The lock screen wouldn't recognize my fingerprint. When it went into emergency mode, the pin I use for it didn't work either. Then when that didn't work, the email password doesn't work at all. I don't know what to do...
