I can confirm that there is a stock Voice Recorder app on the Rezound. But this is my first HTC phone, so I can't confirm whether it's HTC's Voice Recorder app or not.

That doesn't look like the dock described on the site. The description says "The right side of the cradle features an HDMI female port" but the right side is clear in the picture, and there is no HDMI port there. They probably just used an image of a similar dock.
