just wishful thinking here but is this delay applicable to both the 16 and 32GB models? maybe this also only applies to the general release orignally scheduled for the 21st and not the pre-orders (since samsung may of only had enough stock to fulfill pre orders)?

I would only assume this would be beneficial if your company lets you BYOD as stated in the article or to justify replacing or supporting Android on top of BB,Apple, or MS devices, which have historically seen greater adoption in the enterprise. just b/c it's 'enterprise ready' doesn't mean...

I think we should view this like an item ordered through Amazon. If we submit an order w/ next or 2-day shipping this morning, it's likely we'll get a shipping notice later tonight or early tmrw AM when a shipping label has actually been spun up for the order.

exactly. they're just defending themselves against companies who likely knowingly infringed on their patents and going 'thermonuclear' on them for doing so. Think I ran across an article somewhere showing Androids original plan pretty much replicating BB and Windows Mobile...then the iphone...

opposite happened to me. ordered White but email confirmation and online order status says Blue. The ORder summary page (after placing order) clearly says white. I' just hope sprints system is screwy and a white S3 arrives :confused:
