Ok, so I've tried and tried to find the SRA to download it. At the link you gave, I see plenty of instructions on how to use it but I don't see any link to actually download it. I followed the links and eventually ended up getting a Sync Manager. The phone is sporadic...sometimes it's fine...

Yes. I've done it again just to confirm since I have done a factory reset since. Signal icon has a line through it...and when you open up "Settings" and look at "Airplane Mode", it says "turning off". Stuck that way. Thanks.
