LG G2: Mobile data not working after turning it off and turning it on again

Two of the three Verizon LG G2s we have failed mobile data completely due to overheated SIM card holders. This completely killed the phone's ability to connect to Verizon's networks. Replacing the SIM at the stores did not help and they had to send us replacement phones. I can tell you right now...

    Ideas on IR improvements

I've read in lots of posts that LG isn't opening up their IR blaster to third party apps. No big deal for me as the stock IR program works and programs itself fine to all my electronics. However, getting this IR blaster to work further than 10 feet from the device is nearly impossible! Not only...

What do u hate most about the G2

Got my family G2s for $50 a piece through Verizon - with warranty! In fact, we already had to replace two of our phones due to SIM card overheating. What do u hate most about the G2

+1 for the terrible range/angle of the IR blaster. It takes a lot of patience for it to function on my LG TV and Ceton Media Center Extender. Seems that either the blaster's IR light output is too dim for the devices to 'see' it from more than 10 feet or it has an incredibly narrow field of view...
