No...I paid in full twice and refunds received from Verizon only

Finally got my $25... all done with Samsung. I wish I could say it was a swell and wonderful journey ... no ... can't do it. BUT ... I am happy to have closure. Peace finally :)

Not yet - I called Verizon a few days ago about it and they connected me to Samsung, who said they will be applying the $25 credit to my Verizon bill in 2-3 months. He took down my name, address, and asked what phone I exchanged for (LG V20). Kinda strange.

I was able to get Smart Settings by using the Quick Shortcut Maker app using the first Smart Settings listed. I set it up to open my podcasts app when connected to Bluetooth in my car and seems to work perfectly. I haven't tried any of the other Smart Settings so your mileage may vary.

I would have got S7E if it had 64gb of storage. SD card is a no go for me, so I picked my poison with V20. It's definitely bigger and not as easy to operate with 1 hand, but I like it. I'm sure I'll go back to Note 8 for all the reasons you mention above. All top end android phones should offer...

Make sure you have the double-tap on screen to wake option turned on. This makes up for the fingerprint sensor being on bottom of phone. The Note 7 was the best phone ever...but learning to like the V20.

And now they charged me shipping on this order I see on my paperwork. Great - I get to call Verizon about billing charges again!

I'm still waiting for my $933 refund from Verizon for my 1st recalled device I shipped back in September. I'm not shipping back my 2nd recalled device until I get my 1st refund. I am not paying for a 3rd device in full on my credit card without my freakin refunds first.

I was very disappointed in VR...did nothing for me and it's so grainy. Pixel XL isn't exciting me as a choice, but it's my runner-up. LG V20 is top pick for me so far since that has a second screen to somewhat mimic AOD, and it has 64gb unlike the S7. Seems like the best fit for me to replace...
