Picking them up this week. Work as a doctor so constantly on the phone, but between doggcatcher, slacker, and rhapsody I'm always listening to something. Need to be able to go from office to car to walking, and from audio to talking seamlessly, but still be somewhat cognizant of background...

What kind is he using? He mentioned them on the podcast, but only called them "these." Sound perfect, not the in ear noise canceling buds many folks don't like. does anyone else recommend a higher end set of buds with inline mic, but not the noise canceling ones that seal and cause cord tremor...
