    I CANNOT call my husband! when I do it's like he has blocked me, but he hasnt. HELP

    I cannot call my best friend. I have been able to call her in the past weeks, but I cannot. I don't even know if she is getting my texts or if I can receive hers. I checked and she isn't on my blocked list.
