    I hadn't gotten a notice either. I went into setting. software update, check new and there it was.

    I've uninstalled my battery saver (battery xl) and everything seems back to normal. I can now also shut off mobile data when using WiFi.

    the changes are minimal, what is all the excitement about? My Nexus 7 has 4.4, and I don't see much difference there.

    Considering the HTC One on Verizon

    The only drawback is Verizon's delay in releasing the latest operating system for the One. I too came from the Nexus. No comparison. If you think the Nexus was sweet, you'll be blown away by the HTC One.
