In App, find the one you don't want and there should be a 'clear defaults' button. Use it and next time it should give you a choice again.

On my Nexus 5 I've got this list as well as Google Earth. On my Nexus 9 Google Earth is not included. My Nexus 7 includes Google Earth but not Play Music :confused:

I just checked and it's not possible to open the default browser in dual view.
