what is the process for a Verizon trade-in? I have received no email on how to start the process nor is there anything in my Verizon account to initiate the trade-in for which they accepted for $1000 in bill credits. There chat support is down at the moment.

These were Google shortcuts. The Google app normally asks if you want to add to your homescreen after a search but that prompt no longer appears when doing searches for those previously created shortcuts.

Ever since the OneUI5 update, my screenshot toolbar crashes/disappears after I tap the hashtag option. It does not crash when using the other options (scroll, crop, share, delete). I'm guessing a force close and clear cache might work but not sure which app controls that pop-up toolbar. Any...

I'm missing a bunch of app shortcuts on my home screens. I'm also noticing the pop-up menu after a screenshot now crashes and you can't hashtag your screenshots. That's my first observation just 24 hours into the upgrade. Anyone else noticing anything similar?

FYI. The April patch/update cleared this issue up. Landscape photos now display with proper rotation.
