    Will live tiles power the future?

    There's a reasonable selection of Android Launchers that give the live-tiles thing a go. Even Google's Now launcher takes cues from live tiles with its cards. Even if it is the future Android has little to worry about. The groundwork is there.

    Personal dream phone

    Imo, Nexus 5 is pretty excellent as it is. With time-appropriate performance I'd buy an iterative upgrade of it every 2-3 years. If we're dreaming - a battery that lasts a week would be nice.

    Thoughts on Panasonic Lumix CM1?

    The Lumix CM1 is coming to US. For those of you who missed it, it's basically a point and shoot camera first and an Android after. 20 MP 1" MOS with Leica 28mm f/2.8 - f/11 lens. Like, that thing sounds impressive. Anyone else excited about this thing?
