Go to settings > Power Manager and check for the application which is using more battery.

Connect it to charger and check whether you're able to see battery icon. If you cannot see battery icon then change the battery.

Hi, If you're unable to download it via the store. Then it's better to download the apk from it's official site and then install it manually.

Hi Meow Shaun! You don't need to worry about this.. The solution to this problem is quite simple.. You just need to reinstall the Android OS related to your device on your device via ODIN. I hope it works fine.
