Yes! A lot of my customers break there phone and still owe money on it. They decided they didn't want the insurance and are stuck with a broken phone and a balance on it. I always get them to add an additional phone, and just pay for both of them monthly

Since you initiated the JUMP, I don't think they are going to allow you to pay partial and then the rest later on. The best way to go about it, is to see if they can keep both phones on your account and allow you to pay monthly on both. Just see if they can convert your JUMP! upgrade to a normal...

You can call them whenever. You should just call and let them know that you are wanting to pay off you note 5 EIP. Or you could just let it charge to your account for non return. Completely up to you, my friend

You cannot. Bill credits can only be used for the bill. Sucks, I know haha

Call and talk to care and tell them that you want to pay it off and keep it. They will let you pay it off, and your account will show a negative balance until your bill posts.

Max is different based on what credit class you have. Employee accounts have a max EC of $4800. Me personally, I have one line and a galaxy s7 and iPhone 6s plus on my line, both on EIP. Two Galaxy Note 7 would be pushing everyone's EC limit, because of its price.

Yes even for phones. As long as you have enough credit on your account that will hold your phone amount, you can put it on the bill.

Not true. If you have enough available credit on the account, you can have multiple eip. But, if they initiated the JUMP, and don't return it, they will be charged device recovery fee. Which is the amount of the phone that is owed.
