I'm sure you've done this but make sure that in the phone dialer settings go to Wi-Fi calling and make sure that Wi-Fi preferred is selected. The only issue that I've had is when I'm on my 2.4ghz it drops a lot. When I'm on the 5ghz it seems to work good for me. Hope that helps.
