Got kingroot to work do I still need twrp?

The phone I have now is a pixi 3 tried kingroot and it says root failed

I'm not having any problems now because I haven't tried rooting my phone yet but the 3 other phones I had did have problems on 3 other occasions I followed everything it said to do for a little while google play would work just fine able to update apps and google play then after awhile some apps...

I use wifi more reliable on my 1st and 2nd phone I did the 3rd one I didn't that one actually lasted longer than the other 2 and the phone I have now haven't done anything yet because I don't want what happened to the other 3 happen to this one.

It always says lost connection with a retry button sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and ultimately hitting retry stops working even the workaround stops working

Don't mean to sound rude but do you think I would be here asking what I did if it was as simple as turning up the volume. I get the static when I have it turned up all the way and no amount of turning it up or down does anything except make the static louder or quieter turning my tablet off...

When the notification/alarm does go off all I hear is static like my title says though I can play music without any problems. If you can hear it I added an audio of what my alarm sounds like you may have to turn it up to hear it

I get this same thing but I know what the problem is its google plays servers I have to delete a line in hosts file to get google play to work. But can't download certain apps because it says market is outdated
