How did you get T-Mobile to replace your phone? I have T-Mobile I contacted them and they just referred me to Samsung.

You say they fixed yours for free? How did you send it back to samsung? What steps did you take to get that done? As you know if you call their customer service they want $75. Samsung is spending more then any other company in marketing especially with their new Samsung Gallaxy s5 Terminal...
