    Well. That certainly is not good news. But not unexpected. Is it worth sending to Samsung to be fixed? We have no warranty on the dumb thing. Thanks.

    Hi. I'm having this problem on one of our phones. None of the "quick" fixes work. The blue light remains on solidly, the screen remains black. What - if anything - can be done to save this phone? Thanks in advance.
