Yeah, I was wrong! I had to send the watch in. I talked to 2 different departments (plus a chat) but the return was pretty painless. We'll see what happens.....

It's early yet, but the tap to pay seems to be working better. Perhaps it's just coincidence.

I have not experienced your exact problem where the watch fails to "lock" when you take it off. I share your disappointment with the Ultra though. Mine "locks" when it is still on my wrist. The Tap to Pay works sporadically (I started a thread on that topic). And, I don't get text notifications...

Update: As recommended, I added another credit card and, surprisingly, the new card worked on the watch. More surpsingly, the old card now works! I have no idea why, but it appears the problem has been resolved (at least for now). Thanks again for all the help. That's what I love about this...

My 7 Ultra will stay at 100% while on the charger.

SpookDroid, the payment does not go through. It is weird how the watch seems to get read, then the "pulse" seems to stop. SyCoREAPER, I don't recall adding my address to Samsung Pay. I'm not sure where that is, but I'll look for it and try. I do not use any kind of ad blocker. My phone is...

I'm having a hard time making Samsung Pay work. When I put the watch up to the machine to pay, the "pulse" seems to stop working. I've tried unpairing the phone, deleting the app and reloading, but nothing seems to help. My phone works fine. Thanks for the help.

I had a ZF4 that had some problems and I wanted a Google or One Plus fold, but Sammy got me on the trade in for the ZF6. If trade ins for the next "round" are similar, they may get me again.
