I just dumped Google Voice as it quit recognizing any contacts accurately. Installed dragon voice app on samsung Note. worked great immediately and just like Vlandro used to work with AT&T. May want to try Dragon voice.

Having the same issue all of a sudden. started when i tried to turn off talk back. It was off but was not off. I kept getting the aggrivating voice telling me everything i was doing. no solution yet.
