    no incoming calls or messages

    My Evo has decided to stop taking incoming calls and texts. it make calls and sends texts. additionally if I make a call and someone calls me it WILL beep in and I can answer it. Sprint was no help, tried factory reset and recovery. any insight would be greatly appreciated
