Thank you Jeffery. I worked on this for awhile. Tracfone reset my voicemail account while on live chat but the guy didn't understand the voicemail notification issue. Resetting voicemail did nothing. Mine is a Samsung SM-S320VL. Your solution worked. Here's how I interpreted your instructions...
