I found in UK same thing but a couple of days later the promotion reappeared despite Samsung person saying " too bad you have missed it". Be patient it might appear again soon. Mine involved trading in an S8+ and getting 24 months interest free credit as I already had a sim.

I have just received Nougat tonight on my Moto G4 in U.K.!

My Moto G4 is this very minute downloading the Nougat update here in the U.K.! Hurrah!

The battery drains quickly because of age so I avoid turbo charge.

Has anybody used a service to replace old battery with a new one? I don't fancy taking the phone to pieces myself. I am in the U.K. Thanks

I got impatient waiting for my unlocked LG G4 in Wales, UK with a Three sim to get Marshmallow so I downloaded LG Bridge and the new software was installed start to finish in about thirty mins just now !!! So don't believe the phone when it says you have the latest OS. Go to LG site.
