Hello sorry for not coming back and giving an update, figured this thread would die and go away. I ended up buying the note 2 shortly after posting this and love it, couldn't be happier. And now that I have seen what the S4 will have to offer I can definitely say there will not be any phone...

Seems the charge didnt get video chat with google talk for some reason. I finally got the update today. My wifes revolution has the option for video chat but not my charge.

I didn't know anything about different class SD cards before seeing this thread. So it got me curious to check and mine has a class 4. I just bought mine a week ago from a VZW store. I wonder if the early releases came with class 2 and along the way they decided to switch to class 4.

Shopping for phones on Verizons site they do seem to differentiate between 3G and 4G plans. For example if you look at the droid x 2 it says this phone requires a data package. Thats it, but if you look at the Charge it says 4G plan pricing on this phone then says the same as X2. Of course...

Ya thats pretty much what i said in my first post. Then i went on ebay and realized peoples idea of cheap is still $150-200. Oh why did verizon have to complicate things right now.

Ah another possible option then. So your saying i could have them add the $30 unlimited data to my samsung rogue now instead of the $10 plan i have and that should lock in even if i upgrade to a smartphone? I know its alot of guessing right now but i wouldnt mind paying the extra for a month...
