    Smart Switch says I have latest software. SM-N950U Android 8.0 Your device software is up to date: RL1(ATT) I don't know anything about flashing a phone.

    Well, it's 10/22 and still no 9.0 update for my Note 8. AT&T blames Samsung and vice-versa. Suggestions please.
